This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Shipping locations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

If we do not currently ship to your location, this will normally be made clear at checkout.

2. Order processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days of receiving payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, promotions, product launches or circumstances outside our control, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.

Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2 to 4 working days

  • Express UK Delivery: 1 to 2 working days, if offered

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Any free shipping threshold or promotional shipping offer will be clearly stated on the website if applicable.

5. Delivery issues

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If a parcel is delayed, lost, returned to sender or delivered to an incorrect address because of an error in the address provided by the customer, we will do our best to help but may need to charge for re-delivery where applicable.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, or if items are missing, please contact us at info@screenjuice.co.uk as soon as possible and include your order number and, where possible, photographs.

6. Failed deliveries and returned parcels

If a delivery is refused, uncollected, or returned to us by the carrier, we may refund the order value less any original delivery costs and any direct return costs incurred by us, where permitted by law.
